The 7-course author`s dinner can accommodate most dietary restrictions, with the following exceptions: vegan diet, severe dairy protein allergy, severe celiac disease, legume allergy, and celery allergy.

Autorinių vakarienių metu per patiekalus perteikiame skirtingas kūrybines mintis bei analizuojame įvairius socialinius bei kultūrinius konstruktus. Jos susideda iš dešimties patiekalų bei atspindi kaip keičiasi ir formuojasi mūsų vartojimo kultūra, eko sistemos ar tradicijos. Vakarienių metu maistas yra traktuojamas kaip meno forma.

10 patiekalų Autorinių vakarienių negalime pritaikyti šioms alergijoms: gliuteno alergija (celiakija), pieno baltymo alergija, ypač didelis jautrumas laktozei, jūros gėrybių alergija, žuvies alergija. TAČIAU GALIME PASIŪLYTI 7 PATIEKALŲ VAKARIENĘ.


Eng:During Author's Tasting Dinners, we convey various creative ideas and analyze different social and cultural constructs through the dishes. The menu consists of ten courses and reflects how our consumption, culture, ecosystems, and traditions change. Food is treated as an art form during these dinners.

We cannot accommodate these allergies for the Author's tasting dinners: gluten allergy (celiac disease), milk protein allergy, very high sensitivity to lactose, seafood allergy, fish allergy.
